Please call your Personal Banker or 972.673.4000 for information on how to reset your PIN.
What happens if I can’t remember my PIN and I keep typing it incorrectly?
If you type your PIN incorrectly three times, your card will be set to a “warm” status and you will be unable to use the card. Call your Personal Banker or 972.673.4000 for information on resetting your PIN.
