Try this Simple Spicy Pumpkin Seeds recipe for a fun fall treat:

After carving your Jack-o-Lantern, rinse the pumpkin seeds in cold water so that they are clean.
Place the seeds on a baking sheet with olive oil and coat them.
Sprinkle the seeds with the following spices (amounts to your liking):
Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
Ground (Cayenne) Red Pepper
Garlic Salt
Lemon Pepper and/or Ground Pepper
Toss the seeds to coat them with the spices.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.
